Steamed chicken drumsticks with a savory scallion ginger sauce.

Arrange chicken around an inverted bowl on a plate.

Season with salt, add ginger, red dates, goji & spring onion whites.

Steam 30 mins.

Sauce: Pour hot oil over scallions, garlic & ginger. Add soy + sugar.

Finish: Shred chicken. Mix some chicken juices into sauce. Pour over chicken and top with scallion sauce.
