Corn Bread
Soft and fluffy corn bread perfect as a side dish
Instructions

Divide bread flour into two bowls. In Bowl A, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. In Bowl B, combine salt and butter.

Mix the contents of both bowls together to form a dough. Knead until smooth.

Let the dough rise for 25 minutes at 40°C.

After first rise, shape the dough and let it rise again for 20 minutes at 40°C. After 15 minutes, remove from fermenter and continue rising at room temperature while preheating oven to 200°C.

Dust with bread flour and bake at 200°C for 12 minutes.
